2001 montero auto tensioner

Default 2001 montero auto tensioner
I have a 2001 montero (not sport) the pully on the tensioner has gone bad, is the center bolt the only bolt that has to be removed. I have removed it and the tensioner will not come loose to remove, if help is greatly appreciated

Two Bolts. The center bolt on the tensioner itself, and another at the 2 o'clock position roughly. Just off the rotating assembly.
