I finally solved the problem after 2 years and 4 rear brake drums. It was the brake drums. Be careful where you get your brake drums.

Wow, that was unexpected. Were the old drums unbalanced and causing vibration? Glad you got it solved. It's frustrating to have something bugging you for such long time.
