Spray penetrating oil liberally into the rollpin hole on the crank gear, as this is the primary point that sticks, then into the bolt hole as well. When the bolt hole fills the penetrating oil should begin seeping at the seam where the pulley and the gear meet (there is no better way to get at it really).
Once fully soaked, let it sit for a few hours, adding sprays periodically. After it has soaked use a small block of wood (1x1x4 etc) and place it on either side of the pulley while striking it with a hammer. You want to use a 'walking' motion striking the left side then the right side to walk the pulley off the crank gear.
It is a royal pain but you can do it, just be patient and again do NOT use a puller unless you are OK with having to replace the crank angle sensor afterward, as it will typically break the sensor and sometimes the reluctor plate as well.

No luck. Bolt wont budge. Sprayed let it sit used air comp. with 100 psi and wrench nothing! What about heat?? The timing belt is original equipment and is in good condition, and vehicle has 157,000 miles! Was trying to change water pump which has leak now im stuck! Any way to just slide belt off to get to water pump???

Hey you can try this. If this is a manual remove the inspection plate on the flywheel to jam the teeth and use a long breaker to remove the center bolt counterclockwise from the balancer. Once off you should be able to work the balancer off with a pair of screwdrivers behind it to lever it off the crank snout. If you have a crank holder, there are a pair of holes to hold the pulley in place while you remove the crank bolt. Tighten the bolt to 134 ftlbs after installing the balancer.
