I am replacing head gaskets and getting everything put back together. Is there any special procedure for initial start up as far as computer reset etc??

 

When I've had tune ups and the valve cover gaskets replaced, I didn't need to do anything. The computer automatically did everything including turning off the check engine light that was previously illuminated due to bad spark plugs causing misfires.
