First time here in the forums!

I have a 2002 automatic montero sport and for about 3 months now it has a very specific problem: When I go to the gas station and keep the car running, it turns off after the gas cap is removed. Car is in idle... gas cap is opened... and the idle moves up and down from 1000rpms to about 300... after a couple of "rpm jumps" the engine stalls and the cars shuts down.
This has also happened while I'm driving the car and reach stop signs or red lights but it's not as common.

To start the car again I have to give it some gas while cranking it or it won't start.

What has been changed already:
Fuel pump, 6 Inyectors, Spark cables, spark plugs, EVAP unit, O2 sensor, Fuel tank cap, and the IAC was adjusted.

What else could be causing this?
