2003 Mitsubishi montero

I have a 2003 mitsubishi montero when I put it in reverse it jerks, What can it be?

low transmission fluid. how about forward gears?

I check the fluid and it good and all gears are good just when on reverse, what I notice was that when I first use the truck it does it but after a while it doesn't do it
