Default 1998 Montero dies when warm

Hello, My 1998 Montero runs fine cold but has a rough idle then dies when warmed up. what could cause this? Another thing, While driving the montero the Brake, Automatic transmission, and battery lights flash, also causing a loss of power when lit. There are no codes and I've already replace spark plugs, boots, battery, alternator, and most gaskets on the upper engine. Any ideas on what could cause this?

With all the lights flashing, I'd be checking for a bad ground first. Is the engine carburated or fuel injected?

Check engine grounds, wiring to the alternator and battery. Check for cracks in the intake manifold - possible vacuum leak.
