Default 2003 Montero sport Issue after not running for 5 days.

Hi everyone, I have a 2003 Montero Sport with the 3.5L engine, and after letting it sit for 5 days or so, I got in it and started it, and it was only idling at 700 rpm or so. sorta sounded like it was choking or something. I blipped the throttle a couple of times and it rose to the normal 1500 rpm when it’s warming up. Waited for it to warm up and drove it and when i gave it gas it would try to die then eventually pick itself up. Started it the next day and it started fine and idled fine and when I put it into gear it was fine, but when it got to operating temp, it started to die when I put it in gear, then eventually it would begin to die in park if I left it running long enough. Idk if it could be fuel pump, IAC, etc. Seems to me like it’s not getting fuel because when I hit the throttle it will sound normal. If I hold the throttle at a constant 2000 rpm, it will stutter consistently like it isn’t supplying enough fuel. Also, I do not have an engine light on.

Any responses are very much appreciated, thank you guys for your time.

You might be on thevright track with fuel. I'd check that first. Could be a fuel pump or plugged fuel filter.

@HunterD started it today and it ran perfectly fine, drove perfectly fine, and when it got up to temp it ran and idled perfect. I don’t understand it, to me it seems like my fuel pump is just waiting to crap out…

Do you experience longer than usual cranking time when starting cold?
