2004 Montero Limited (frozen rear lower control adjusters)

2004 Montero Limited (frozen rear lower control adjusters)
My rear wheels cannot be aligned because the adjuster bolts are frozen inside the bushing on the rear lower control arms both sides. If I remove the nuts, do you think PB Blast will lubricate and unfreeze the eccentric bolts? Also none of the rear lower control arms include the eccentric bolts. What is a good source and the exact size of these eccentric nuts and bolts? Both rear tires are pitched inward at the top causing premature wear at the inside tread. I just purchased this Montero and any advice will be appreciated.
This is the recent before and after alignment specifications.

It will take some effort to get those bolts unfrozen. You can try to use PB blaster. Don't count on one or two applications to work. Spray some in, then drive. Few days later (a week) try to move the bolts, repeat spraying. Repeat, repeat, repeat... Eventually they will give and move. One suggestion is to use some transmission fluid plus brake fluid instead of PB Blaster. That mix is a very good penetrant... You can alternate between trans + brake fluid and PB Blaster. As far as the source of essentric new bolts - Mitsubishi dealers, mitsubishiparts.com, and RockAuto
