i hear arubbing noise from my right rear. its not my tires. i took my 18s off n put the stock ones back on and it still did it. im thinking either control arm or rotor.

 

i would jack up the rear of your car and spin the tires by hand see if you can see anything rubbing if not make sure your parking brake isnt hanging up inside the drum, if its not either of those your wheel bearing may be shot
