Hi everyone,

I need some help determining the issues on my Montero before taking it to a shop.

I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Montero and some lights on the dashboard came on. These lights had come up before but would go away within minutes or when I would turn off and turn the vehicle back on..
one of these lights seems like it has to do with the 4 wheel drive, as I drive it it seems that it works perfectly fine but it has a red light like if there was something wrong with it.
The other two lights are right above the speedometer, maybe traction control? These two lights have come up before during long drives or when I would go over a bump on the road, but would go away when I would turn off and restart vehicle. Now it has been a couple of months and they are always on.

Has anyone experienced this? or any idea what it could be? I will be taking it to a shop once I get a chance, what should I expect them to say the issue is? Any help is appreciated,




I just don't want to pay for a job that wont fix the issue.
