Guys will 265/75/16's fit on my stock 3rd gen montero ltd.?
I'm currently running the 265/70/16. There doesn't seem to be much more room between the mounted rear spare tire and the bumper.

They will fit all around, even with the stock suspension.
The spare fit just fine on the carrier, with a few mm to spare.
If you want to go bigger, I believe there is a mod. you can do to the tire carrier that increases the space between the spare and the bumper.
265/75/16's fit fine.

 

Appreciate the reply that's good to know! I'm gonna try the 75's. The next step will be a trailer hitch.. Any recommendations on which models with regards to fit and ground clearance?
