My 91 LS has intermittent turn signals. The left works 90% of the time and the right works 10% of the time. The problem seems to be in the stalk.
The outside lights go on and the only way I make them blink is to manually
flip the switch on the stalk up and down.
I removed the steering wheel and tried to find an obvious source
but it appeared to be Ok and I did get both to work for a short while. Now back
to "normal".
Is this a common problem? Is there a part that I need to find and replace?
I am driving from Oakland CA to Madison WI to pick up a small Airstream trailer and back... I really do need turn indicators. Any advice is appreciated
