95 Montero LS clutch

95 Montero LS clutch
The clutch went out in our 95 LS. It also leaks some oil, possibly rear main? Shop quotes were 1200-1300, more than we want to spend on it. With basic tools and skills, is this something we should try on our own? Thanks
