Well...I finally had the bolt removed by a pro. Just $32.16. Took it to Rivers Total Car Care in Oak Ridge, Tn. Same day turn around. Great service. I had tried the dremmel slotting idea first and no luck.

Some of you may find this useful: If you have access to a MIG welder, you can weld a nut to the bolt that is broken off near the surface or above the surface of the hub. I just recently had to remove a lug bolt that was broken flush with the hub on a piece of heavy machinery. We tried to drill the bolt out in order to use an EazyOut. That didn't work at all -the bolt was made from hardened steel and the drill bit didn't even made a dent in it. I positioned a regular nut over the bolt and welded them together (on the inside of the nut). After things cooled off, the nut and bolt just unscrewed out together without any difficulty. I know it only works if you have access to a welder, but its good to know that it is possible to do so.
