I recently purchased a 2005 Montero and I'm curious if the 2001-2002 bumpers will fit? I found some local to me and I want to purchase them for a project that I want to do on the 2005 Montero.

 

Terrill, were you able to determine if the Gen 3 bumpers fit the Gen 3.5? I think it's a great idea because of the fog-lights.

I'm pretty certain the grill between headlights can swap between the two, but am also curious about the bumper.
