Just saw this thread, I dont know what to say but we are supposed to be helping each other. I did rather have u stay quiet then bash people who are in trouble.

 

I also could use a second key as the 2000 Montero I just purchased only came with one. I also would like to purchase one at a reasonable price. I didn’t lose mine and I’m not sure I ever lost a key that I can remember. But I also don’t like to exalt myself as being a faultless person and above slipping up from time to time. For those of us who lose keys, buy used cars with only one key, have keys wear out, have friends break them opening beer bottles, or in some other way find themselves needing an extra key, what is the most economical option for obtaining one?
