Default Engine Swap Possibility?

Hi,

New here and have a question:

I'd like to replace the 6G72 12V SOHC 3.0L in my '89 Dodge Raider (SWB Montero) with a '97 6G74 24V SOHC 3.5L. Is it a drop-in replacement physically? IOW, are the motor mounts in the same location and will the output mate-up/bolt-up to the AT? TIA for any help.

Bert
