i have a 2002 montero sport with heated seats and they dont work that well is there a setting that can be ajusted. sometime it gets hot but then it cools down fast and then it it gets warm again it seem to work some of the time. can any one help me.

 

I have a '01 and it does exactly the same thing - gets hot, cools and gets hot again, wondering it that is just normal... maybe the intent is just to warm the seat, once it's warm no need for continued warming, maybe they just made it to work that way?
