Ok, this is just plain strange to me. My horn will stick on (when pressed) if I have an item plugged into the aux 12v sockets. Turn key off, horn stops. Start car with an item plugged into the 12v sockets, horn will go off without pressing the horn pad. This does not happen if the item is plugged into the cig lighter, or not installed in the aux sockets. Any ideas?
