Default how many quarts of oil 03 limited

So I didnt get an owners manual with my rig and i dont know how many quarts of oil she holds or what is the recommended kind. I looked for threads on it but couldnt find anything. So can anyone point me in the right direction?

+1 I use 10w30 cause of the heat.

Awesome thanks guys, where I live it never gets above 95 degrees so I will probably use 5w 30. Do these trucks require synthetic? I have service records from the previous owner so I will check to see if he used synthetic cause I know you can switch to it but if im correct I dont think you can use synthetic then switch back to regular... or im I wrong about that?

I always use 5-30 synthetic.
