Interior lights and radio doesn't come on

Default Interior lights and radio doesn't come on
After attempting to put a keyfob in on my 00 Montero Sport, the radio and interior lights decided to stop working. Its an aftermarket radio so I don't need a code. I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in but that didnt work...
