Team, I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited with a whining rear differential. I am told once you hear this there are issues. I drained the gear fluid with new and the whine reduced but is still there. Fortunately these are carrier assemblies so in my limited understanding, is a remove and replace? In my search for a replacement carrier assembly, is there any advice anyone can give me. Thanks so much.
