Montero 1st Generation - Choke controls? - owner's Manual

Recently received a Mitsubishi Montero the 1st generation standard, but unfortunately I have not been able to get the owner's manual and I notice that the car has two choke controls ... please, someone can tell me what they are for?
or I can provide a link where you can download the owner's manual.
