Could be as simple as a faulty wire. Is it possible you didnt get the wire pushed down on the plug all the way, or accidentally switched one of the wires to a different cylinder? ??

Check the wires to maake sure they are plugged in the right order. Do you have a diagram for that? Also, use a small mirror take a peak under the intake plenum to look at the wires going to the spark plugs. See if one of them is not seated all the way (it'll be higher than others and touching the plenum). It is possible that it popped off and is not providing a full spark every time. If you were to get a check engine light, the code may help to narrow down which cylinder you are having an issue with.
