The driver's seatback will recline but cannot return to upright position. I'm about to attempt to dismantle the switch and / or trace the circuit. All other power seat functions work fine. Any experience? Thanks, Kelly

 

hello. unbolt the seat, find the connector for the recline motor and put a test light on the up postion wire then move the switch of the test light comes on you got power going to the motor to make it go up. that means the switch is good. replace the motor. if it doesnt, test it at the switch for power if no power comming from switch replace it

 

I disassembled the switch (clear down to little springs and ball bearings), cleaned it and tediously reassembled it and fixed it. Don't spill your beer to the left, gentlemen...
