Re-setting throttle?

Default Re-setting throttle?
I have a 99 Montero, and after cleaning the throttle body and the MAF sensor, the idle speed is now at 2 rpms, when before it was idling at below 1.
Do I have to adjust the throttle manually to lower it or is there a way to re-set it?
