replaced neutral safety switch and wont go into drive

Default replaced neutral safety switch and wont go into drive
Ok so today I replaced the neutral safety switch and now it won't go into drive. When I put it in drive both the neutral and drive idecator lights on the dash a lit up. Is the shifter cable out of alignment???
