Hello everyone, I made a bone-headed thing and unhooked my battery cables to clean the corrosion off the posts, but failed to realize that by doing that it would reset all the electrical in the truck including the factory-set anti-theft alarm! When I attempt to re-connect the battery cables the anti-theft horn goes off like crazy and I can’t get it to turn off unless I unhook the battery. Does anyone have any advice as to what I can do to get things back to normal? I have all the owner’s manuals on my 1998 Montero. Please advise
