Default Sirius/XM antenna installation

I'm not a car repair guy, but I'm trying to learn. Decided to upgrade my stereo because I'm addicted to XM radio and damn was I surprised at how easy it is to upgrade if you get the wiring harness!

Now the problem is how I'm going to fish antenna line from the back roof to the back of the stereo. I'd like to do it the "right" way with no visible wires or damage to the interior. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best route to take and how to safely remove upholstered walls?

Note, the antenna will be on the roof of the car just above the rear door so I've got a long feed.

Just an update, it was trivial fishing the wire under upholstery and internal plastics all the way to the dash.
