can anybody please help me to open the spare wheel mount of montero 2002. i cannot figure out how to open the bottom two flat head bolts. how to open the plastic shield on the inner side of back door? please help.

 

i was asking about mounting plate bolts ,the plate which holds the spare wheel and attached to the body of rear door with six bolts, ( three in each side). the last bolt each side is flathead and is tighten somewhere in the back door from inside. i am trying to replace that cracked mounting plate of my montero 2002. please help.
