Default Starting problem

Hello I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.0L v6 LS and I was told that it was a bad fuel pump so I changed the relays, filter, pump, and sock, but it still won't start what else could it be

Did you verify that you have fuel delivery before and after the work?
Crank - No Start condition is usually caused by one (or more) of the following issues:
No Spark
No Fuel
No Compression.

Check them one at a time (before replacing any parts) to see what is the primary cause. Then troubleshoot to find out why something is not working and what is causing the malfunction.

That is incredibly puzzling...
What are your compression values (both dry and wet)?
What is the condition of your air filter?

Fuel getting to the rail... Do your injectors work? If they do not operate, fuel in the rail is not enough.
