Lightbulb Time for New Brakes. '01 MS

Hi all!

I have a '01 Montero Sport ES, 86k miles, and it's time to replace the front brake pads and rotors. Did some research and found out that the Limited MS had larger front rotors due to the 16" wheels, and that the ES has slightly smaller brakes because they originally came with 15" steelies. So, I want to replace my old rotors with the larger ones designed for the 16" wheel (I upgraded to 32x10.5x16 tires).

Rotor specs according to autozone:
rotors for 16" wheel dia: 313.89 mm
rotors for 15" wheel dia: 276.00 mm

Are these rotors interchangeable? Or would I have to change out calipers, mounts etc. to make these fit?
