Timing belt
Had a crank sensor go out so while I was replacing that I did a timing belt and water pump change. Question can I start the engine to see if it runs before I reinstall all the accessories ? I didn’t take the radiator out.

I did mine with no issues. I only ran it for a few minutes to feel confident timing was correct. Other vehicles too.
Just be sure to rotate the crank by hand to confirm no interference before starting.
Insure you have a fully charged battery and nothing electrical is "dangling" against any thing metal like the alternator stuff etc. Mechanically as well. No moving stuff.
Hopefully you won't have much coolant in place either. Pump will try to getcha! Common sense stuff I'm sure you're aware of.
