Help...
My warning lights and turn signals than
have lost their minds....
My warning lights will turn on while I am driving...
they just stay on, not flashing. While this is happening my turn signals do not work.
when I turn off truck the lights will stay on for a few minutes then shut off. Sometimes they come on when truck has been parked for hours. Operating the door locks can make the lights come on and off, sometimes.....any suggestions?

 

Don't have an "off the top of my head" answer, but I'd start by checking all grounds and connectors under the dash.

 

Grounds and such seemed fine when checked...Pulled fuse so battery wouldn't drain....lights stay on...(wtf?)...
unplugged warning light switch...lights stay on....

maybe alarm?
Thought behind this is that operating the door locks seems to affect lights...sometimes..
When I park....the lights seem to go on and off with the dome lights...again...sometimes...

 

if lights stay on when you pulled the fuse, that means there is some other source of power to them. Do the following: pull the "original" fuse, the lights will still be ON. Pull one by one other fuses until you find which circuit "feed" the lights in this conditions.

 

Problem solved.
alarm also works lights...
unplugged light relay for alarm.
everything works as should except lights don't flash when alarm is set.
