I was at the dealership and they said they will get me the cross bars as part of our bargain, but then I call parts and they say no such thing is available. Anyone got any info or proof of this?

 

I was told by my dealer there wasn't any cross bars....maybe something in the future? 3RD Party?

 

I work in the parts department at a Mitsu dealer an I have never seen any cross bars for the 07. I looked in the parts program and on the accessory guide and found nothing. Sorry, sounds like the sale department doesn't know what it is talking about. As usual.[&:]

That will be a good fight...I had to run around the dealership yelling until they gave in.

Here is the Part# I got from the Internet girl that told me there was cross bars. A998HS6B01

NEVERMIND - called parts - said it was SKI RACK.. dummies....

 

Also if I eventually do get a rack for the top - is it going to warp to top because its aluminum? The dude at the dealership is telling me that it will.

I don't know. That may be why they don't make cross bars.

 

either way.. dont matter.. i'm going to put cross bars and then snowboards on it anyways.. i bought the car for the snow and snowboarding..

I'm sure there is something you can use to hold snowboards and shizz...I smell 3rd party!
