Default 07 Outlander xls Hands Free buttons

Sorry if this is a double post but I wasn't sure if I should put this here or everything else thread. Anyways recently the hands free Bluetooth buttons on the steering wheel just stopped working. Whenever I hit any of the buttons nothing happens. It used to work just fine but now nothing, no prompt or anything. All the other buttons on the wheel (volume mode cruise etc) seem to work fine. Also I think my android phone can pick up the Bluetooth and connect but not my iPhone (both have been set up already) so idk if that might help. Thanks!

So it just went bad one day? Is is this a common issue? I can't really find anything in it so it leads me to believe it isn't

Mine just stop working also, so I stoped to my dealer, tried a new Bluetooth module, and start to work again. The module is behind the radio

What did they charge you for the new module. This seems to be a relatively common problem. I have tried removing/reseating the existing one but that didn't help. They are going for around $200, my dealer quoted 400-600 dollars, which is pretty high for a 15 minute job and a 200 dollar module.

Thanks!
