Default 07 outlander xls transmission issue

Hello-- I have been having an issue with my 07 outlander xls. When I back out of my driveway--or parking spot} , sometimes when putting the car into "drive" there is a delay before the car shifts into drive... only started last week but has happened about 4-5 times since...I did a trans. fluid change last summer with the recommended havoline fluid from this forum..The level seems good/ possibly a scant high on the trans dipstick.. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sounds like a line pressure issue, what mileage on the car? Has the internal and external trans filters ever been changed?

101k. The trans filter (s) have not been changed. I thought it I read somewhere it was a lifetime filter that, if necessary, required a transmission removal t o get to.
