I have spent the last two years installing 6 different 10 inch android radios in my wifes car, a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander with a Rockfort radio system. al 6 radios would not turn my amplifier on. Tried many different can bus interface devices to no avail.
Finally a couple of months ago, I bought a $300 radio from Tektronix with horizonal screen. They provided wiring harness, proper can bus module and other parts. Backup camera, GPS antenna and other parts. Installed it, turned it on and everything worked. I even used my factory backup up camera.
Learning to move thru the software pages took some getting used to. I had many text conversations with the Chinese techs who were very supportive helping me understand the system.
I love this radio !
Just for information, I did purchase a 10 inch Tesla style radio from them. That had the ac controls on the screen. We could never fully get the ac part to work. so I sent it back and got this one I have now.
