Default 2.2 Diesel 2009 Model. Hunting/missing? when under throttle

Hi, apologies if someone has posted this already i have been searching but i could have my terminology wrong.

I have a 2009 Outlander 2.2 Diesel engine. Theres 62K on the clock, and has been running great the last few thousand since buying it. I have noticed the last week to 10 days then when setting off its OK in 1st gear, drop into 2nd and apply throttle steadily, it will kind of miss or give a few vibrations like its not been fueled or something. Very odd? Has anyone else had this before? I do need to take it in. Im getting also a P1351 code on Torque?
