Default 2003 Airtrek Turbo - Radiator Fan Spinning Before Starting Engine
Is it normal for the radiator fan to start up when the ignition is in the 'on' position but the engine hasn't been started yet? And the car is cold? The car has a turbo timer shutdown so I thought it might be part of that but that doesn't make much sense...
