Default 2003 Outlander AWD Issues

Hey there. Ive got 4 issues with my 2.4L AWD outlander.
1. It revvs way too high at high speeds. Seems to rev higher when its cold and drops a bit once it warms up. At 120 I am revving at 3000. Used to be 2700. Its been doing this for quite some time. But had other more pressing mechanical issues. Torque converter? Overdrive not kicking in? Ive recently changed the spark plugs and timing belt but no change.
2. It makes this weird almost grinding noise when switching from 1st to 2nd and 2nd too 3rd. Also makes a different noise when the gas is depressed at a certain point. I've had the tranny fluid topped up (low 1L) and am looking to change it soon but am I looking at a tranny rebuild in the near future?
3. The manual feature does not work. When I switch it into tiptronic it still shifts as if it were in automatic. No light comes on the dash.
4. Lastly the cruise control doesn't work. Light comes on the dash but it doesn't hold a speed. Maybe there is trick I'm missing? Or maybe its a sensor or switch? Probably not even worth repairing at this point.
I don't have an owners manual.
The 1 id like the fix is the revving. Transmission is hopefully fine if not I'll wait until it craps for a rebuild. Cruise and tiptronic would be nice to have but with the money pit this car has been its not worth it unless its an easy fix.
Any input is appreciated!

Thanks
