2004 Outlander... Clock not spinning, yet backlight works?!?
Hi,
New member. And a 'new' 2004 Outlander AWD for the family.
A few issues I'm trying to fix but this is just puzzling as can be! Clock face is white with silver hands, yet every USA YouTube I see shows a black face. The backlight works, yet the hands do not spin (analog clock). Adjustment buttons do nothing. Took it to a local auto parts and they had no idea so to the dealership and the service writer said it had to be a fuse. Why would it be a fuse if the backlight works? Hmmm. Wanted $89 to troubleshoot so I thought I'd find some helpful people who might be able to lead me in the correct direction. I guess it's possible the mechanical clock crapped out, but hoping I am missing something and your words of wisdom will help with an easy fix.
Thank you in advance!
