My remote has all signs of life; however, when I go to lock/unlock with the keyless system, it is not giving me feedback. I purchased a new battery and all. I don't know what else to do now. Any suggestions?!?!

 

If the locks open manually from the inside then it may be the lock actuator that needs to be replaced.

Obviously the cheaply made circuit of the remote is trash. If you hear the mechanism attempting to unlock the car then it may be jammed or hung up on something. Otherwise it's the remote.

Replace the remote. Don't go to your dealership unless you like being bent over without lubricant. I advise locating the part via eBay or Google, purchase only a genuine Mitsubishi remote, and then google how to program it. Should be fairly simple.
