Any auto parts store should be able yo get you one. Rockauto.com shows 6 different choices.

Thanks but is there a difference in the radiators? Autozone asked if it's was awd or fwd and if it had a tow package? Mine is also federal spec.

I don't remember which one I bought, but there's a difference if you have the tow package. And it's not easy to determine if you have that. Mine does, but there was no aftermarket radiator available for the tow package. And the OEM was like $700. Being that the only difference is the tow package radiator is slightly larger, I just got the regular-spec radiator since I don't do any towing. Has not been a problem in the 12 months since I replaced it.

The PZEV radiator also is not available aftermarket and those are superexpensive. But the only difference on those is that they have some ozone-eating stuff sprayed on them. It's an emissions thing that has no effect on cooling This would only be on California-spec Outlanders, though, and they have some sensor on them that connects only to the PZEV radiators and are difficult to bypass.

I ordered one, they ran my vin number and said i do not have the tow package from a1auto. i am not sure if i do or not but i have the little tranmission cooler on the left side. I do not have a hitch mounted on the back so i have no clue. Is there a site to tell if i have the tow package or not?

Thanks for the input so you guys are running non towing package rads in your towing package outlanders. I thought size would make a different i guess not.

Anyone else got info on the rads and where you ordered from or what one you use

I thought if you run a smaller rad it could cause the car to overheat.

The tow-package info should be either in your VIN or your model number badge (I think it's on the passenger door sill). The difference in size of the tow radiator and the regular one are minimal. The tow radiator could be extra precaution if you're towing max capacities and running the A/C, but like I said, I don't tow anything so I went with the standard radiator as the tow-package radiator was an expensive OEM-only item. I've experienced no ill effects in the 10k miles since.
