Hi, does anyone have any advice how I can troubleshoot my bluetooth function? My already-paired phones no longer connect to the MMCS. When I press the bluetooth button on the steering wheel, nothing happens.. no voice prompts. I can still control radio, volume, and cruise control from the steering wheel, so I think it's only the bluetooth is not function. Does the bluetooth have it's own electronic module somewhere or is it built into the MMCS? Thanks in advance!

 

Bump. I'm having this same problem on the same year/model. Any advice appreciated. Maybe the module is just shot.

 

Mine is the same. For a while it would just come on and would not take any input, then when you pushed the button, it would cut the stereo, yet not say anything and now the button does nothing. The BT module is located behind the stereo head unit, which isn't the biggest pain to remove, but it is not a 5 minute job either. They are hella expensive. If you find a reasonable after market, let us know please.
