Default 2007 outlander xls - coolant leak?

went to Mr. Lube for an oil change today, and was told my coolant is leaking and sounds like a very common issue. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever seen this type of leaking. I have uploaded a photo, is it considered a serious issue? Should I go check out soon? any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Victor

Default filler neck

The filler neck is probably shot from the inside. I replaced mine after a radiator issue two years back. The guy at the shop said that the discoloration on the inside would lead to failure. Looks like yours has failed before the radiator, which is good, because it is easily removed with a single bolt after taking the hoses off. I paid about $35 from the dealer, plus if I remember correctly, it includes a new cap, which is time for you to replace anyhow.
