My handbrake is a bit too tight and the shoes are rubbing at off since the last adjustment. I would like to know how to adjust it. I saw the mechanic adjusting something through a hole in the drum, but I don't know what to adjust inside the hole. Can someone please shed some light. Thank you.

 

I got it done. Found the information in the service manual and it seems quite accurate. Turned the adjuster till I could not turn the drum anymore by hand, then backed off 5 notches. It is OK now.
