2008 Outlander Foglight

Anyone know which type of Philips Foglight bulb is the strongest for a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS? Please let me know the type and size?

H11 it is.
But I would not go with whiter fog lights, unless you're not going to use it in fog
