2009 Oulander clicking transmission noise
Comming to a stop I hear a clicking noise that reduces in frequecy as the car slows to a stop and then goes away at full stop...almost like the baseball card you held in place with a clothes pin in your bicycle wheel spoke as a kid.
The noise stops when you either apply even the smallest amount on the accelerator petal by increasing the RPM or shut the engine off as you are stopping. My mechanic belives it is in the CVT transmission and maybe a slack CVT belt... any ideas?? is this an indication of a failure comming??
